The Purpose Of Lone Oak Wesleyan Church
Our Purpose is simple we desire to win Souls to Christ Thru:
Prayer: We are creating a culture of prayer believing that God hears our prayers for the lost and dying and is ready to answer those prayers. (1st Timothy 2:1-4, 1st Thessalonians 5:17)
Discipleship: We want to see people grow and mature in Christ through biblical teachings and creating a loving and caring community that meets on a regular basis not just on Sunday morning. (Matthew 28:19, Ephesians 4:4-13, Hebrews 5:12-6:2)
Being The Salt: We are wanting to go out of the church and show people the love and goodness of Christ not just by our words alone, but also by our actions. (Titus 2:10, Matthew 5:3-16)
